Songwriting Techniques

I need to find a college that focuses on music, especially modern vocal performance (popular music) and songwriting. I’d like to find one where i can be creative and learn how to better write and sing my own music with guitar. I’ve found a lot of music related colleges, but most only focus on much more classical types of music.

Julliard performing arts college in new york
Cambridge Universty, Oxford University
Ivy League Schools (brown, harvard, yale etc)
